NERVOUSNESS REMEDY
Nervousness is a common feeling brought on by your body's stress response.
Growing up I've had to stand infront of big crowds of people to exercise my singing talent,over and over again I remember almost giving up to go stand on stages because I was nervous.I was nervous I would do no one proud,nervous that I wasn't good enough and so every now and then I would tell my mum that I won't perform not even in a small wedding ceremonies .
This went on for years and at some point my parents thought i should get medication to not throw my talent away,for years I did take some meds prescribed by our family doctor and to be honest it did help though partially since on several occasions I had the courage to stand on some small stages but that didn't mean I was over my nervousness.Long story short up until recently I haven't been nervous standing on any stage or nervous because I'm about to sit for a paper because of one special remedy that has helped me.Now am not saying it will work on you I'm just saying if it has worked for me why not try it yourself.
