Intake of sugar of sugar is not advisable since it can leads to certain health conditions instead it is advisable to use honey instead due to its positive impact.
Fruits help in the process of digestion and offers the body with nutrients that are helpful for normal functioning.
4.less Meat,More vegetables
Meat,especially red meat is not advisable to partake on daily occasions due to its serious negative impacts such as total mortality and cardiovascular diseases which can be avoided by eating vegetables instead since veggies maintain healthy blood pressure among other benefits.
5.less driving,More walking
Walking,as bad as it might sound since most of you choose to board a bus or driving,it is beneficial to the body since it improves digestion,also helps in looking some weight incase you are seeking for a way to loose weight.
6.less worry,More sleep
A normal human being requires 8 hours of sleep to be able to functions well,as much as people may argue that less sleeping hours hasn't affected their lives in any way a good night sleep among other things decreases the heart rate offering low blood pressure and prepared the body for the next day.So it is important to get enough rest and worry less.
7.less Anger,More laughter
Anger is related to increase stress hormones which in turn interfere with brain functioning. So to fix the problem laughter is advisable since stress hormones decrease and gives a body to function well.
